Tại màn danh sách phiếu công nợ thợ, thêm chức năng Xóa phiếu công nợ thợ Đang xử lý và có SL tổng giao dịch = 0

Note: Nếu xóa phiếu không thỏa mãn điều kiện trên, báo lỗi xác nhận "Phiếu [mã phiếu] có giao dịch đang xử lý. Vui lòng kiểm tra lại!"
