Description

Khi có hotline mới về thì hotline lấy danh sách user online từ topsim sang = danh sách nvbh đủ điều kiện được chia cơ hội.
Nếu có hotline của khách cũ về thì sẽ chia về nvbh mới chứ không chia về nvbh cũ nếu nvbh cũ bị khóa chia đơn/không online
