Description

Admin:
- hiển thị full đơn hàng, cho phép chọn User phụ trách đơn hàng đó (cả ở giao diện danh sách đơn hàng và chỉnh sửa đơn hàng)
- thêm trường `order_types` thay cho `is_request` và xóa trường `is_prevent`
User sale: hiển thị những đơn hàng đã được admin pick cho
